Markets
The United States is the primary target market. This does not state that all other countries are eligible or excluded. Availability depends on the countries and payment methods supported by the actual checkout, applicable law and the service shown for the order.
Tax and invoices
Prices are in USD per month before applicable tax. Setup is $0. Your saved quote and the final Checkout summary identify the recurring charge and any applicable tax before payment. Billing information is used for payment, invoicing and applicable tax obligations. These terms make no assertion that the operator has a particular VAT registration or exemption. The amount and tax shown for your order do not alter mandatory consumer rights.
Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires cancellation, withdrawal, a refund or another remedy. This commercial policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or remedies for non-delivery or non-conforming service. Cancel future renewal from dashboard billing or contact hello@clipely.app; ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not itself refund it. Paid work and released-file access follow their applicable cycle and retention rules. Where the statutory distance-contract withdrawal right applies, you may withdraw within 14 days after concluding the service contract by emailing hello@clipely.app or writing to the operator address with an unequivocal statement and enough information to identify your order. Payment, production start, an ordinary terms checkbox or silence does not automatically waive that right. Work before the withdrawal period ends requires the applicable express request and information. Any lawful proportionate charge for work performed and any loss of a withdrawal right require the applicable legal conditions and proof. A digital-content consent does not automatically waive rights for an ongoing monthly production service. Statutory remedies and required refunds remain available.
Content rights
Provide only briefs, reference materials, images, recordings and other inputs that you have permission to use. You retain rights in your own inputs and authorize their processing only as needed to fulfill your order. You may use paid delivered files subject to disclosed third-party and provider licence restrictions and any rights that can lawfully be transferred or licensed. AI output may not qualify for copyright protection, be exclusive or be free of third-party claims. No blanket ownership or commercial-rights warranty overrides an applicable third-party licence. Clipely receives no automatic portfolio, advertising or public-posting permission for your inputs or finished output. Any portfolio use requires separate explicit permission. Provider-generated source material may be publicly accessible only on a separately disclosed and approved source path using public-safe inputs; private customer information, confidential briefs and uploads must not enter that path. Applicable licence restrictions must be identified for the output supplied. Do not use a file beyond the rights granted for it.
Delivery and corrections
Starter, Studio and Growth provide the quantities and target durations shown in the saved accepted quote. Each covers one channel and manual downloads; the customer chooses and performs publication. Payment grants only its verified paid-cycle allocation and does not prove finished delivery or platform performance. Unused available slots do not automatically roll over; in-progress work stays tied to its funded cycle. A script requiring review waits for your explicit approval of the current script; silence and elapsed time do not authorize production. A changed script requires fresh approval. Final review identifies the current saved video. A correction remains attached to that video. The existing workflow includes one service-defect correction; a new creative direction requires a separately accepted quote and does not consume another paid allocation without agreement. Mandatory remedies remain available regardless of this included correction. Delivery timing depends on the agreed order, current queue, customer input and review. Any agreed deadline belongs to that order. These terms provide no blanket 48-hour delivery deadline or automatic approval after a waiting period. Views, earnings and monetization are not guaranteed.
Retention
Released packages are kept through the later of 30 days after release and the end of the paid period that funded them, with reminder targets 7 days and 1 day before removal. A corrected release has its own window. Payment, correction, rights, incident or legal holds preserve affected records; a hold does not itself reopen access. Restored payment follows the applicable recovery window of at least 7 days. Unreleased media has a 14-day target after definitive closure or supersession, excluding active work and holds. Briefs, scripts and project records are kept while the account is active, then 30 days after verified closure or the last paid period, whichever is later. Profile and membership removal has a 30-day verified-closure target; shared ownership must first be resolved. Support and notification content has a 90-day target from last contact. Email recipient/delivery metadata has a separate 30-day closure target. Redacted application logs have a 30-day target; backup snapshots have a 35-day target. Deletion depends on current holds and verified execution and must be replayed before restored data becomes accessible. Billing and tax records are retained where needed to meet applicable record-keeping obligations or establish, exercise or defend claims. Their category, legal basis and applicable end date must be assessed before removal; these terms do not invent a fixed seven-year period or authorize indefinite retention unrelated to those purposes. These are operational targets, not a representation that every historic record has already been deleted.
Support
Contact the operator at hello@clipely.app or through dashboard Support for account, billing, production and delivery issues. A saved inquiry records your request and reference; it does not itself establish email delivery or staff review. Privacy/legal requests may use the same email or the operator postal address. These terms do not guarantee support operating hours or an ordinary response deadline. Applicable legal request deadlines remain in force.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your habitual residence. Contact hello@clipely.app or the operator postal address about a dispute, identifying the order and issue. You retain access to courts, regulators and statutory remedies available under applicable law. These terms impose no compulsory arbitration, exclusive foreign forum, class-action waiver or shortened statutory claim period.
Drafting basis: UOKiK service-contract guidance and UOKiK digital-content conditions. Starting work and agreeing to ordinary terms do not automatically remove withdrawal rights for ongoing monthly service.
